Born and raised in Newbury Park, he has an in-depth understanding of the local market, neighborhoods, and the unique qualities that make this area special. AJ earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching from Presentation College in South Dakota, where he also played football. After graduation, he spent two years as a football coach at Moorpark College before transitioning into personal training. These experiences have shaped his strong work ethic, leadership skills, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
